This riverside mountain cottage was built in 1949 and is located on an acre of land in Riverside/Raymond Colorado not far from

Estes Park, elevation 7000 ft.

Your front yard is the Middle St Vrain River...and your back yard is Roosevelt National Forest!

Surrounded by pine and aspen, you cannot see the neighbors to the south and you can view the northern log cabin neighbor.

Kids (and adults) will enjoy the upstairs loft complete  with TV movie zone and indoor camping.  The rest of the gang can visit and catch up with life on the riverside screened in front porch...while smells of dinner are not far away when you enjoy cooking and dining together in our cozy kitchen nook.

Arrive to the cottage on a residential road into a rock driveway where you will park

(1-2 cars maximum), and then walk across a footbridge over the river, to your vacation cabin.  

Recently remodeled, this sweet cottage is appointed with new floors and carpeting.
