Six (6) guests (ages 6 and above) are the maximum number of guests allowed 

at Cascading Creek Log Cabin property;

and four (4) guests (ages 6 and above) at Jack's Cabin property.

3 night minimum 

  OR  1 week minimum over any holiday

No parties and all guests must be named and paid for as outlined in Reservation Agreement,

which means no day visitors or guests added upon arrival. 

 

Two cars are possible to park on all properties.

Driveway width and size of parking space on all properties limit the use of

large and/or multiple vehicles and or RV's.    

 

 ALL properties are considered SMOKE FREE.  

Smoking and any type of fire is NOT permitted inside or outside of the

cabins or anywhere on the properties.

We RECYCLE...all glass, plastic containers, cardboard, paper, tin foil goes into the co-mingle receptacles.

 

     NO pets. 

You will  also get to enjoy the resident chipmunks, squirrels, bunnies, and

birds as your vacation pets.

 

Motorized recreation vehicles such as motorcycles, three wheelers, or quads, may not be used anywhere on the properties.

Graffiti on our trees will not be tolerated.

 

The complete outline of all policies to include payment plan,

is found in our Reservation Agreement; a signed copy of this Agreement is required BEFORE

officially confirming via on line vacation rental booking sites.

Reservations are not guaranteed until receipt of signed agreement and deposits.
