3 night minimum @ Cascading Creek + Jack's Cabin | 4 night minimum @ River Rest

OR 1 week minimum over any holiday at all cabins

signed contract + 50% of balance + $500 security deposit is due upon booking

remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival

if contract and deposit is not received, the reservation is released

payment is made through vacation sites with credit card

upon receipt of contract + deposit, you will be sent key box codes, directions, and en route reminders

our Reservation Agreement is available for review upon request and will be sent upon

making reservation, view policies
