a little about us

Not far from Estes Park nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, are

two privately owned vacation cabins

that will serve the perfect home base as you explore Allenspark, Lyons,

Rocky Mountain National Park, and Estes Park.

Enjoy a slice of mountain town living in Colorado!

Friends and family have poured countless hours into cleaning and refurbishing

these privately owned cabins to make them what the are today.

Great care has been put into the properties by these fine people to fix things big

(electric, dry walling, plumbing) and small (spring on the back door,

little feet under the refrigerator)

and all has been worked on out of hearts of love.

Back in the day, we started a road trip tradition to Milford Lake Kansas...

for what we would call, "fish & camp"adventures.

Gradually over the years, we found ourselves returning to the Rockies where we decided our "fish and camp" adventures needed a headquarters...and what a better home base than a real log cabin

to call HOME while you explore and experience

all there is to do in this gorgeous place we call our backyard, the Rocky Mountains!

Jack's Cabin is affectionately referred to as cabin 1,

and was purchased in 2008.  As of 2019, we  partnered with

Yvonne Kobiashi from Indianapolis, what a blast!

Cascading Creek Log Cabin was purchased in 2015

with a family from Sedona Arizona.

Creekside Cabins of Colorado is a proud supporter and sponsor of
